My order showed up in this really thin box with barely any padding, which just seems kind of careless to me, right? A few of the items were bent, and one bottle had leaked a bit by the time it got here. For tattoo supplies, I expected them to be packed way more securely. Maybe I’m not being unreasonable here, but I don’t think I’d order again after this.

Right away, I had a feeling this wasn’t going to hold up well. It felt kind of cheap in my hands, and unfortunately that gut reaction was right because it didn’t last very long

I ordered a few things that were listed as in stock, only to be told later that they actually weren’t available. It felt like they made it my problem to sort out, even though their site showed the items were ready to buy. Ended up wasting time and having to shop somewhere else, which was frustrating.

I ordered a few tattoo supplies and somehow like half of it wasn’t even what I picked. A couple things were the wrong sizes, and one item was just missing altogether. I tried getting it sorted out but it was more annoying than it should’ve been. Could’ve just been a mix up, idk, but I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I ordered from eztattoosupply.com hoping the quality would match the prices, but it didn’t really feel that way to me. A lot of the items seemed like things I could probably find somewhere else for less, so I was kind of disappointed once everything arrived.

After adding in shipping and the total cost, it just felt even harder to justify. I’m not saying the whole site is terrible or anything, but for what I spent, I expected more. I walked away feeling let down, i don’t think I’d order from them again

I ordered tattoo needles and ink, and right away the packaging looked kind of sketchy. I tried checking the codes, thinking maybe I just needed to be patient and figure it out, but they still didn’t seem to match up right. it felt like I was being forced to give it the benefit of the doubt when my gut was already saying no. I don’t trust that these were legit, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

I’ve had a decent experience overall. A lot of the stuff works just fine for everyday shop use, and shipping was smooth with no real issues. That said, not everything feels truly pro grade, so I’m a little hesitant to rely on them for more important pieces. I’d still order from them again for basic supplies, but for critical work, I’d probably stick with my usual go-to options.

I had a rough time using the site. Pages took forever to load, the search results were kind of all over the place, and checkout was confusing, actually, not just confusing, it made me second-guess what I was doing more than once.

Sent the return back already. Got it shipped out and everything. But I still haven’t seen the refund come through. Just kind of waiting at this point.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so it’s disappointing to say this, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I really wanted to keep supporting them, but my recent experience just didn’t meet expectations.

I was just trying to grab a few tattoo supplies, and eztattoosupply.com had way more than I expected. They had needles, inks, machines, and all the little extras in one spot, so I can’t really complain too much.

The site did make me click around a bit more than I wanted in some categories, so I’m blaming them for the extra time I lost browsing. But it wasn’t a huge deal, and I did like that they carried different brands instead of the same basic stuff everywhere.
I’d say it’s a solid place overall, just not quite 5 stars for me because a couple things I wanted were out of stock. That part was annoying, but I still found most of what I needed.
